Bridal questions
Do I need an appointment to see bridal jewellery?
No, you are welcome to walk in during opening hours. A viewing request just tells us what you're after and when you're coming, so we can be ready for you and your family.
We live overseas. How early should we plan?
Get in touch a few weeks before you fly with the pieces you want and your sizes, and come in early in your trip rather than the day before the wedding.
Is your bridal gold stamped for purity?
Yes. Our gold is stamped for purity (916 for 22ct), and diamond rings come with a Certificate of Authenticity listing carat weight, cut, clarity and colour.
